finepro s.r.l. is an engineering company which offers assistance to identify the opportunities available through public funds for the development of quality projects for public and private work.

Founded in 2002, the team is composed of more than 20 professionals including: engineers, architects and managers.

Since 2009 finepro has had the European quality certification ISO 9001:2008, now updated to ISO 9001:2015.

Production, administration and marketing departments work together from the conceptual phase to the working drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.

The production department is organized in four sectors:
planning | constructions | security | services

The first three manage feasibility studies, urban planning and building, project management, security, tests, etc. The services sector manages the contact with the public administration and all the aspects connected to research, study and access to funds.

The administration sector – Manages the financial company plan, resources and costs, human resources and contracts.

The marketing sector – Manages project scouting, orders, promotion and  company development.

Our achievements  through long term collaboration with the public administration have defined the “Core competencies” of finepro.

These achievements were born out of the results obtained from the proposals for funding in public competition procedures on a regional or national scale. The proposals were top in the final rankings and led to the granting of financial resources for the realization of strategic work to redevelop both urban and territorial areas.
